Tribyl's all about leveraging the Voice of YOUR Customer to improve conversion. Nothing excites us more than the voice of OUR customers. Here are a few direct quotes talking about our latest product, the Tribyl Content CoPilot. It mines your call recordings and internal documents to produce authentic content that'll resonate with YOUR ICP buyers. ✅ That's pretty crazy, how specific it is. ✅ The use cases pretty much hit the nail on the head. They're aligned to our actual messaging, too. ✅ It's huge that [the Copilot] picked up on specific customization and integration questions that buyers keep asking us about. ✅ This language is non-generic and how our buyers actually talk. Best of all, ✅ I love this FAQ! It's going to generate high quality demo requests for us, because it's packaged up what's discussed in Discovery, and made it available at the top of the funnel. Reach out if you want to learn more! Works great across domains, too -- Analytics, DevOps, Security, Infrastructure, you name it. Takes 5 minutes to get started and it will change the game forever for your team and pipeline. Attention SaaS Founders! I'm reaching out to you to help validate an exciting idea around Subscription Retention and Churn Reduction! 🚀 Imagine having the ability to clone your voice and integrate it into personalized messages that engage with your users in a unique, impactful way. Here’s the concept: Using voice cloning technology, you could create customized voice messages to greet your subscribers, express gratitude when they sign up, or even deliver a heartfelt farewell if they decide to leave. Imagine a user hearing, was "Thank you so much for subscribing, John Doe!" or "It was great meeting you on the onboarding call, John Doe! We hope to see you back soon!". These personalized interactions, delivered in your own voice, could create a stronger emotional connection, potentially improving customer retention and enhancing the stickiness of your product. I’m looking for SaaS founders who are open to a quick 20-minute call to brainstorm and explore this idea further. Together, we could shape a product that makes a real difference! If you’re interested, please drop a comment or send me a direct message. Let’s build something great together! 🤝 To check how this tech works, go talk to my AI on aemalsayer.com and get a feeling of how it sounds. #SaaS #Churn #Onboarding #VoiceAI #VoiceCloning #GenAI #AI

Grow your LinkedIn network on autopilot by connecting with active, relevant people with Cascaddy - Challenge: Help 1,000 people build a strong network by 2025
How I Came Up with 2,500 Start-Up Ideas I dream of starting my own SaaS one day, but I need a solid idea, right? To jumpstart my brainstorming, I developed an automation tool that generates ideas on a massive scale. Here’s how I did it: 1. I made a list of 50 brainstorming techniques. 2. I used AI to create prompts based on those techniques. 3. I generated a list of 50 company names. → 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝟮,𝟱𝟬𝟬 𝗦𝗮𝗮𝗦 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀! Next, I’ll implement a simple evaluation process: ➡️ Is the idea unique? (1-10) ➡️ Does it solve a real problem? (1-10) ➡️ Can I easily implement it? (1-10) By multiplying those scores, I’ll rank each SaaS idea and focus on the top 100. Who else would love to start a SaaS? --------------- Hey, I’m Dennis 😎. Follow me if you’re responsible for revenue growth—I share content about effective outreach to help you achieve stress-free, predictable results. #outreach #histack #ai

Fun to use software = 💵 💵 💵 I think this is one of the most under the radar signals of a successful AI or SaaS tool .... How FUN it is to actually use? When people enjoy using your SaaS or AI software, your DAU's (Daily Active Users) go up. Your NPS (Net Promoter Score) goes up. Your PQL (Product Qualified Leads) go up. ✊ Fun software #UserExperience

Sales Accelerator | Helping B2B Companies Boost Sales with AI Automation | Get Your Free ‘Quick-Win AI Funnel Review”
What the AI GPTs* Thought of Slacks Website Hey Guys, I used the AI GPTs* to analyze Slacks website. This is what it liked, didn't like and the suggestions for improvement. Slack was the fastest growing B2B SAAS company of 2010s until it was bought out by Salesforce. "What I Like: Clear Value Proposition: Slack effectively communicates its core benefit of enhancing workplace collaboration right from the hero section. Simple CTA: "Get Started" CTA is clear and easy to follow, simplifying sign-up. Credibility: Strong social proof from well-known brands like Uber, NASA, and Target enhances trust. What Could Be Improved: Lack of Urgency: There’s no urgency in CTAs, such as limited-time offers or countdowns to encourage immediate action. Missing Trust Elements in Checkout: No visible trust badges during checkout, which could reassure users about security. Recommendations: Deep Personalization: Tailor landing page content dynamically based on visitor behavior or industry, like IT teams, small businesses, or developers. This increases relevance and engagement for each user segment. Scarcity and Psychological Triggers: Introduce urgency and scarcity triggers. A message like “Seats filling fast for the next free demo” or a countdown for webinars can push hesitant users toward conversion. Enhanced Product Imagery: Include images that answer critical buyer questions—like what features are available and what the product looks like in use. For example, showing Slack's interface for specific use cases (project management, development, etc.). More Niche-Focused Messaging: Create distinct landing pages for different user personas or industries. Each should speak directly to pain points and highlight specific use cases of Slack, deepening user engagement. Exit-Intent Popups: Implement exit-intent popups with special offers or guides when users are about to leave. A free e-book or extended trial offer could entice them to stay or sign up. AI Chatbot: Integrate an AI chatbot to handle FAQs or guide users through Slack’s features and solutions in real-time, improving user experience. These updates would help Slack maximize its engagement, drive more sign-ups, and increase conversions." What do you think? *Is used a number of GPTs which I have training using the OB Method and best Practise of AB Funnel Testing. **The OB Method fuses storytelling and AI to build authentic connections, drive growth, and deliver personalized, scalable sales strategies #slack #gpts #OBMethod

One of the perks of what I do 🧧 Is that I get to speak to founders on a daily basis and one of the questions I always find myself asking them is "𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧?" Below are 4 mistakes that are the most common. 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 1: 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐈 Too often, SaaS founders choose to overlook the power of AI. Instead, founders should be focused on integrating AI to improve customer experience. This is what ends up making the biggest difference. 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 2: 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 A good SaaS company can provide an excellent product. A bad SaaS company can provide a poor product. But a legendary SaaS company can provide an excellent product with top-notch customer support. 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 3: 𝐈𝐠𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 Until you've reached a significant customer base, don't take your eye off the feedback. "Feedback is the breakfast of champions" - Ken Blanchard 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 4: 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 Traditional wisdom says "If the product is good, users will come". But that's only true if you don't do two things correctly: - Understanding user needs - Optimizing user interface Then, "If the product is good, users will come" works great. How are you making sure you don't repeat these mistakes in your SaaS journey?

Just finished the Lizard Optimization by Gojko Adzic after listening to a pod by Douglas Squirrel. This was fun. While I introduced a bunch of the foundational tooling in Mavenoid to do this, I never really considered a whole strategic angle to it. It gives you a nice blueprint to identify opportunities for product-led-growth. Here’s my quick take: 1. Observe users in your long tail, especially the ones that use your product in unexpected ways. 2. Add the tooling to create a safe space to run experiments and use sensitive measures to find impact positive or negative. 3. It’s actually more relevant in the age of vertical SaaS with an AI/platform play under the hood. Serving the largest customers in your vertical better is the most obvious/common strategy but I’m keen to see how this can be an alternative to finding growth when things stall. #productledgrowth #productstrategy
