OUTSTANDING Article providing complete and credible information on what is well known and often experienced by all in Healthcare Delivery, Group Health Plan Administration and Patients. Medical Colleges and affiliated University Systems and CEOs/Business Coalitions in each State must take the lead and Change this because; 1.the Cost Containment marketing of the mid2020s by Brokers and BUCA is; " Do AdvancedPCP" 2. Medicare /CMS will continue to underpay PCPs - Internists are refusing New Medicare Advantage Patients, and there are not enough PCPs and 3. this Aren't your fathers generation: "Notably, physicians under age 35 are estimated to work 13% fewer hours than the previous generation" Decision-makers: Stop the talk React and fund the Act. You have you're Business Cause ( Medicare) & Effect ( escalating annual Health Spend into 2030) and the data analytics to affect the Political and your Business Resolution of this 20 year old Problem.
