I've found something that a lot of over-stressed Managers and Team Leaders forget over time is that you hired your team members for a reason. You hired your Team Members because - They have fresh ideas and perspectives - They are highly skilled in their area of expertise - They see things that you and your current team members don't - They bring a wealth of outside experience - and so much more It's so easy to get caught up in the moment, in the current project, or timeline; and think you have to be caught up in it all. I hear this all too often.. "They are too senior for the role" 😐 "They will leave when something better comes up" 🙈 "They will get bored" 🙄 What is not said is people feel threatened by hiring people who have more experience than them and think experienced hires are harder to manage. Be open to hiring people with more experience. They bring a wealth of knowledge, a different perspective, and the diversity of thought that can be vital for making quality decision making. #leadership #business #work #hiring #executivesearch

My Opinion: Yes finding a leader who tick all parameters is not easy but it isn't the main reason.. Hiring Executive Starts with a budget in comparison to his/ her own salary holding that role but it isn't the main reason.. Lack of Availability with the candidates & hiring executives but it isn't the main reason..
