This Suicide Prevention Month, and always, Trilogy is committed to providing the support to and resources for Veterans in need, as well as the federal agencies and organizations that directly assist them. We recently had the privilege to support the biannual Veterans Affairs (VA) / Department of Defense (DOD) Suicide Prevention Conference, which brought together these two separate (but closely related) agencies to collaborate and discuss their latest dedicated research and progressive work in the fields of mental health and suicide prevention. As Telehealth Awareness Week comes to a close, we’d like to highlight the vital work of VA’s National TeleCritical Care (TeleCC) Program, which ensures consistent and timely access to intensive care for acutely ill Veterans, whenever and wherever it is required. Trilogy provides VHA’s Healthcare Technology Management Tele Technology Division with the critical services needed to effectively implement the TeleCC program nationwide through ongoing technical support and planning management, and we’re so proud to support this important work. #TelehealthIsHealth #TelehealthAwarenessWeek https://lnkd.in/eFCfZsQC

Over the past several years Trilogy has supported many VA telehealth initiatives, such as myHealtheVet, VA Health Connect, TeleCritical Care, and more! All of which have expanded VA’s reach, allowing them to connect with more Veterans to deliver trusted, quality care whenever and wherever it is needed. We are excited to welcome Divyasri Srirangam, our new Senior Salesforce Developer! Divya brings her expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable, secure, and user-friendly Salesforce solutions to the Trilogy team. 

Our team (along with our wonderful partners Consensus Solutions LLC) provides implementation and program management support for VA’s External Provider Scheduling (EPS) platform, which helps streamline the process of scheduling Veterans with Community Care Providers. This groundbreaking tool is currently nominated for the 2024 #FedScoop50 Innovation of the Year Award! Over the past three months, Trilogians around the country have participated in our Trilogy Federal Volunteer Initiative. This initiative used a team-based approach to encourage folks to get involved with community programs and organizations in their area, with an emphasis on Veteran support activities. And now, at the end of this initiative, Trilogians have provided 200 volunteer hours!   We have made significant strides in supporting local education, engaging in environmental conservation, and helping to feed, clothe, and build houses for those in need, just to name a few. To all who participated in this initiative, thank you for continuing to give back to your local communities. And another big thank you to Andrew Tramontana for leading this initiative. #Volunteering not only benefits those we help, but also enriches our own lives and strengthens the bonds within our community - all things Trilogy ardently supports.
