$PIM - Pinnacle Minerals (ASX:PIM) is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into an exclusive option agreement to acquire the Manna West Lithium Project. The Project is located 3.5km west of the Global Lithium’s (GL1:ASX) Manna Lithium Project (36.0Mt at 1.13% Li2O) and overlays greenstones prospective for lithium and gold. Furthermore, the project is within 5km from the Cardunia granitoid which has LCT chemistry and is interpreted to be a driver for lithium mineralisation at the Manna deposit. The project’s proximity to the granitoid is considered by Pinnacle to be optimal for the emplacement of fractionated pegmatites containing lithium rich minerals. Pinnacle Minerals Managing Director, Nic Matich, commented: “The Pinnacle team is excited about this project as it provides the Company a flexible and inexpensive opportunity to obtain a foothold in a highly prospective lithium region. Initial exploration will provide the company with an understanding of the prospectivity of the project, allowing Pinnacle to make an informed decision on the acquisition. Given market conditions the board is maintaining a strong balance sheet with which to leverage opportunities complementary to its battery mineral thematic”. 🔋Tin is essential for the anodes in sodium-ion batteries, a promising technology for the future of EVs. Projections indicate an additional 100,000 tonnes of tin will be needed by 2030 to support this emerging market. The major players in the tin industry, the smelters, are facing a significant challenge as traditional supply sources dwindle. Artisanal supplies from Southeast Asia are no longer sufficient, and the US strategic reserves have been depleted. With tin now back on the critical minerals list, there’s a clear need for investment in upstream mining projects. As the demand for tin continues to rise, Elementos is committed to addressing this growing demand and securing supply to meet future needs. #Elementos #ELT #tin #TinSupply #CriticalMinerals #SodiumIonBatteries #MiningIndustry #FutureTechnologies #EV #Sustainability #Innovation #batterymetals

Kingsland Minerals Limited (ASX:KNG) is pleased to release its’ June 2024 quarterly report. The highlight this quarter was the production of commercial grade graphite concentrate, grading greater than 94% TGC (Total Graphitic Carbon). This result is an important milestone as it shows that Leliyn can produce a saleable product. Test-work is continuing and a larger sample of 150kg will be collected during the September quarter to produce a bulk concentrate sample for further test-work to produce battery grade spherical graphite. The positive metallurgical results justified an update of the Exploration Target for Leliyn and this now illustrates the considerable upside to the current Mineral Resource estimate. Leliyn is a globally significant graphite deposit. “This was a busy, productive quarter with excellent progress on the Leliyn Graphite Project. It was particularly pleasing to produce a graphite concentrate with a grade greater than 94% TGC. We are now looking forward to additional test-work to produce spherical graphite. The new Exploration Target re-positions Leliyn as one of the world’s largest graphite deposits. Each completed step is de-risking the project and positions us closer to our aim of producing quality graphite flake products and downstream processing of these products in Darwin.” Managing Director Richard Maddocks Bruno Seneque #KingslandMinerals #KNG #Graphite #Leliyn

In view of recent geopolitical shifts, Nova Minerals Limited (ASX:NVA, OTCQB:NVAAF) has started bulk testing of stibnite – antimony – material at its flagship Estelle Gold and Critical Minerals District in Alaska. The move is part of the company's strategic preparation for near-term antimony production, as it aims to capitalise on the demand for domestic antimony supply in the United States. A total of 2,500 kilograms of antimony-rich stibnite material has been collected from the Stibium prospect, while an additional 500 kilograms was sourced from Styx. These bulk samples will undergo metallurgical test work to develop a process flow sheet and plant design. The company is considering a fast-track, standalone antimony production scenario, with the potential for gold credits as an added benefit.
