Beware of Trip.com: Terrible Customer Service! I booked a flight via Trip.com, which was later canceled by the airline. Despite this, Trip.com refuses to refund the full amount, offering me only $83! To make matters worse, they falsely claim that I canceled the ticket myself. This deceitful behavior is unacceptable. Trip.com needs to take responsibility and fully refund customers who are victims of flight cancellations! #TripCom #PoorCustomerService #Scam #Travel
