Brand power can't convince customers to pay a premium. Your competitors can do most of the same things you can. And potential customers will sacrifice functionality if it saves them money. So what can you do? Never stop justifying why your premium is worth paying. No matter how big you think you are, position yourself so clearly as the solution to their problems that price won't even factor into the equation. Otherwise? If your competitors do it cheaper, there’s only one way this is going go.

Pricing your product or service? Best price is not the ideal strategy unless you are a me-too. People pay according to perceived value. Understand their needs and desires, and level of affiliation. Price and communicate accordingly. #pricingstrategy #price #value #branding

It’s story-telling 💡 Are you selling stories? Or products? Most brands that haven't gone from "good" to "great" are selling their product or service as just that - a product or service. Great brands that have stood the test of time learn to transcend their product or service by telling stories that ring true to their business! (take a look at the example in the carousel 👇) Making this change will have a significant impact in how you connect with your target market - which will lead to more revenue 🗣️ Needless to say - the product or service still needs to be great, but the point of this is to say that WHAT you sell isn't the selling point. WHY and HOW should be the point. Then people will land on the "what" and become repeat customers / clients. If you don’t know where to start with your story, visit our website (TrinityTagsCC.com) and schedule your free consultation with us! We’d love to help 🫶🏼 #marketing #branding #creativeagency

Pricing of your product or services is not simply a tactic to get money. More importantly it's a marketing tool which communicates what your brand stands for & the story that you want your target group to know & adapt. Pricing a product cheaper than everyone else cannot be a marketing "strategy" as you are just offering the same stuff at a lesser price. This short-sighted tactic ,though ostensibly may seem to be the easiest way to get volumes, will not create value or loyalty in your business as someone else will drop prices further tomorrow & steal your customers & the cycle will continue. On the other hand, pricing your product diligently after careful consideration of your business & profitability goals will ensure that your brand secures / sustains / upgrades it's position in the marketplace. #pricepositioning #pricinginmarketing #brandstories

Find a way to measure your point of difference. This ad for Modi apples is a good example of demonstrating your point of difference. Turns out there is a measure for sweetness. If you're going to make a claim about your product, the least you can do is prove it. What's your point of difference? -The biggest range? How many items? -Lowest prices? By how much? -Most successful? By what measure? -Most local? How far away is the next one? -Quickest delivery? By how much? -Safest option? How many extra ways do you protect the customer? -Highest quality? What are the 5 marks of high quality in your field? -Lasts longer? How much longer? When you force yourself to measure or prove your point of difference, it's a good way to see if you actually have one!!! CEO: Do we have a metric to prove our point of difference? Marketing: Ahh which point of difference are we talking about? #pointofdifference #brand #marketing #kpis

When something isn’t selling, here’s what not to do… Don’t lower the price! It shows that the product is of less value. Consumers will only value your product as much as you value it. #Branding #Marketing #Sales #BrandBossHQ
