Every business talks about its unique approach, or unique products. The irony is that every competitor business has remarkably similar “unique” things. From a client's perspective, they couldn’t care less about the supposedly unique features you offer. They just want to know that they can trust you. And your products can’t create that trust. It’s something that only you can earn. And if you’re not actively working on it, then clients will start to look elsewhere for it. Client relationships matter! How I make clients 100% satisfied ( it's not what you think it is ) 1. Show genuine care (it’s about more than just business) 2. Be consistently awesome (good relationships take time to build) 3. Be sincere in your approach (built connections, not just make sales) 4. Communicate clearly and often (they should feel you really understand them) 5. Go the extra mile for your clients (do things that pleasantly surprise them) 6. Ensure every interaction is a positive one (you want to be their first choice) 7. Ask for referrals after they’re really happy (happy client is likely to recommend you) This is my strategy for client happiness and referrals. Simple? Nope Effective?
