Having a community behind you can be SO powerful. There’s something that changes when we step away from the “me” mindset and grow into the “us” mindset. We feel more confident, we feel more sure of our direction, and we go further. It was incredible to hear about all of the transformations that this cohort of the #DesignYourClimateCareer went through during yesterday’s Ask Me Anything with program graduates, but I think my favorite stories were about the impact that joining the Voiz Academy community has had on our participants. Martina shared: “Having that support system, a network to lean on, and access to sounding boards was invaluable. Reading everyone's introductions from around the world and being able to reach out, even if we weren't in the same program, created connections. There was such a wealth of knowledge-sharing and activity, and it felt like we were all in it together, supporting each other every step of the way.
