Now in its fourth year, our Real Estate Academy gives students an in depth understanding of career pathways in the industry and helps them develop the necessary skills for career success. Over the last four weeks we have been joined by volunteers from our founding partners and sponsor firms supporting us to deliver panel discussions, case study sessions, technical and soft skills workshops. And for the first time this year, the virtual Academy introduced two days of in person training held at the prestigious Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
