Recognition is crucial for any team! 💼 What does your team do? I’ll go first: I once initiated a peer-to-peer recognition program where we passed around a championship belt monthly. 🏆 It was fun, a bit cheesy, but a nice source of pride for us all. We each got to keep the belt at our desks for a while and congratulated each other when we popped by to visit. In our VOE Events , I emphasized building trust to be very important. The team seem to care less about that. There’s a lot of fierce in-fighting between team members. There’s this sense of I am better than you that runs through the team. This is supported by the manager. I know trust can not be built that way . What can be done to bring the team back together.
