Absorption in Calgary's suburban office market was strong in 2025, led by several large transactions taking place in #QuarryPark; YYC's premier "live, work, play" mixed-use environment. Vacancy in QP is down approx. 200,000 SF in the past 24 months, which is significant in a submarket with 2.2M SF of inventory. Who's moving here?
