You need to take a qualitative approach to get a deep level of understanding of your own internal skills need. Quantitative approaches become more useful when you are looking at supply side in the external workforce. Moving between qualitative and quantitative is the trick.

I feel something has to change in 2024. The traditional hiring landscape is due for a profound transformation. The current process, rife with errors and instances of overwhelmed hiring teams, and questionable company practices, necessitates a reevaluation of our approach to hiring. Who will disrupt this market? IMHO there is a huge opportunity to make a major impact on the way job openings are communicated and candidates respond and connect with hiring teams.
