And James on here, James, you got a chance to hear some of the of the love being spread around here. To all our amazing employees, thank you for jumping on. 100% it was kind of cool to hear that. Yeah, uh, dude, I, I know we chatted briefly, but I'm personally really excited because this is the first time we are actually bringing a customer voice, not in the form of a survey or a stat or a Slack message, but actually bringing in this customer. And as I told you before, like one of our biggest values, a true classic, is to lead with empathy. And it starts with consumer empathy. And we want to make sure that we really understand who is that customer that we all try to make, you know, I'm look good and feel good and, and really service. Ultimately, so and the goal is for you to share a little bit more about kind of like your experience with the brand. So I'm going to ask you some questions. I I know you have them, but we're going to keep it interactive. But starting with just big picture, if you don't mind just walking kind of the team through, how did you first hear about us? Like how did, how did the true classic come your way? And trying this out. So, um, I actually hadn't heard of true classic. And one day I was sitting at home, I was playing the piano actually, and my wife was like, hey, have you seen these funny shirt ads that I've been getting on like Instagram and stuff? And I was like, I don't think so. Why don't you show me or tag me in it? And then she either handed me your phone or she tagged me in it. So I looked into it and I actually placed the order myself because I got a chance to look through the site and everything you guys had to offer. And I kind of just, I liked what I saw. And it looked like you guys like, believed in the product because it seemed like there was such an easy return policy and you were showing so many pictures and examples. And so I just kind of went all in from there. I I ordered the first one and kind of fell in love. But yeah, my wife just brought it to my attention. And it would been like, right when I first started working out, actually, which is why she thought I might be interested. So with the ads talking about how accentuates your chest and biceps, I was like, that sounds right up my alley. Actually. That sounds perfect for me right now. That's that's amazing and thank you for making our work so hard and figuring out how to attribute our marketing dollars by having your wife be the one who saw the ad, who told you to then make your own order. And that's why Christina cannot sleep at night. It's quite a hard to connect all the dots, but we got to be we got to believe guys right in like putting it out there and the the message gets to the right person and to to make those types of purchases. But that's a great, great. Now the paid media team is like great. How are we gonna measure this moving forward? We got to bake in the James of the world into our our our ROAS. Somehow, some way, it's going to be impossible now. Thank you. Exactly. It's so, so. OK. So you you learned about us. Thank you. Thanks to your wife. And you. You kind of took that, took the leap of faith, put the product in your card, bought it. Can you walk us through kind of that initial impression? Let's just say the package came in. You unpack, tried on like, what was how did you react? What was the image? Initial impressions. I didn't expect to feel anything like Major when I ordered them because I wasn't really a close person. I wasn't into fashion or or men's clothing or anything like that. But then when I got to try it on and it did make me feel like noticeably more confident. And I love having all the different colors like. As soon as I tried on the first pack, I think I ordered a three or a six pack, I was like, oh, this is so nice that I can customize my outfit, but easily not overthink it like this is the perfect entry for me into this world. So even though I didn't expect to feel anything like important or major when I placed an order for some shirts and I think a pair of shorts, once I had them in my hand and once I tried them on, it actually felt more, I don't know, like there was almost an emotional driver connection like I'm going to get all in on this and now it's. Like men's fashion and clothing is like I consider one of my primary hobbies and you could never ever call me like someone who was into dress or fashion before. I love that this is so cool. Umm, have you ever recommended, by the way, true classic to someone else? And if so, like can you share kind of like what does that sound like when you, I don't know, recommend? I recommend it all the time. I usually have a pretty good success rate of them following up with me after and telling me I did try this was great. But the thing that I always stress and because I think that men find it really important is the comfort and and obviously the Fed, but I feel like especially men, it probably does. White women who are into fashion, but you don't want to be getting into fashion and feeling like you're not being yourself. Like I'm going out on a limb to try this thing. I don't necessarily feel like myself when I'm wearing. So I expressed like it's, it's really something you can feel comfortable and feel like yourself wearing and it's just simply comfortable. Like it feels good to be wearing these clothes. So that's what I tend to stress the most. This is just how comfortable you can feel both like physically, but also mentally wearing something that you feel good in. Love that this is great, great notes for us. And hopefully you're already using not just the membership program, but the referral programming. It a benefit of you know, everybody you referred to the brand. Get some some extra extra bucks. I mean, you've, you've so many orders with us. When I looked in your Shopify profile, I was like, this can't be true. And I was like having Tiffany kind of dig into it just to make sure we we capture the right number. But at least wait now hold on. Now. You sound like my wife actually. Like I was really shocked. I was like, this is like, this is like a ******** like, you know, fan of of the brand. So you've tried quite a bit of things and different products, different colors, different things. And I know we put some of this on the slide, but I'm kind of curious, if you were to pick your favorite child through Classic Child, what would that be? Which product and why? Yeah, that's like you said, because I've got so many different ones, it's very hard to answer. One of the staples of my wardrobe is the umm. The blue bomber jacket, which I'm wearing right now, actually, like I wear that all the time and it always seems to get me compliments to the point where I actually looked into like the origin of the bomber jacket because people would say why do you have a zipper there or why is there an orange lining on the inside? I wanted to be able to explain it because it was such a common thing that would happen. But umm, I think my favorite period is the active polos. Like I can't explain how often I'm in those because they're OK to wear to work, that you can dress them up quite a bit or just. Wearing with like the Chino shorts, you can wear them out for your day if you're shopping or running errands. So being in Florida where it's almost always 8090��, the active polos are probably my absolute favorite. And I'm running out of time, But last question on the wish list, uh, how can we show up better? What can we do for you, whether it's a new product or, and you better customer experience, just to leave us with some food for thought. So the thing that you guys have already been doing that I've been loving is the community aspect. It feels great to be part of like the insiders group. I love that and engaging with people and you guys being there, I really enjoy. I would love to see you lean even more into that, like featuring maybe a blog that. People were able to comment on on your website where you either feature guests or have different topics and fashion that speaks to your brand, something like that. But I love the community aspect and I think y'all are nailing it. And then the other piece, as far as like products, I would love to have a denim jacket from True Classic because I was actually not even a jeans guy before. It's just simply too hot in Florida to want to wear jeans. But the comfort jeans changed my life. I have like every color I can get, I get them. Tailors or they're perfect for me just lengthwise and those are like staples of my wardrobe. Now I cannot speak highly enough about them. It's the number one product I suggest. So I would love to see if you guys could do a denim jacket with has that level of stretch and comfort and the lightweight edness because I love layering and my outfits, but it's very hard to do here in Florida. So that and then of course, I'm already I'm going to bother you guys with this relentlessly. But the watch I love watches. I I know we got a tease about it from Ryan. He mentioned it on the insiders. Group, but I am very excited for that. Like I can't express my excitement for that product. So two things real quick, James. Number one, we have talked about the denim jacket, so that is potentially in the works. Nice watch part. We are absolutely doing a watch and I want to make sure that you help us make it the best possible classy watch we can make for true classic. I also want to leave you with one thing that you can kind of put in your back pocket as you kind of move around the world. I want you to keep your eyes open for charities that you love and that you want to be a part of. And I want you to be able to wield true classic potentially as somebody who can show up for that particular charity. So if you see someone in need, you know, a person, you know, someone that's going through something, hit me up. We'll get you whatever you need. And and you know, that's that's how we want to roll for you. You know what I mean? An ambassador for the brand. It's it's really the least we could do. That sounds like a great idea. Thank you. And and you get all the right people in the room here hearing you loud and clear. So I I know that that is going to make a lasting impression on our team really understanding the customer just that much better. So thank you for sharing super openly. So first thing first is we learn that you are a big ocean guy. I think octopus is your favorite animal. Is this correct? They definitely are, yeah.
