We are proud to highlight the dedication and compassion of two amazing True Rx team members, Teri Goodwin and Hayley Woods, who embody what it means to be #HealthStrategists. ✨ Teri recently went above and beyond to secure urgent medication for a young patient who had just undergone brain tumor surgery. Despite pharmacy stock shortages, she tirelessly coordinated with multiple teams and arranged for the medication to be delivered overnight. Teri’s relentless efforts ensured that the patient was on track for his chemotherapy, giving him and his family peace of mind. ✨ Hayley demonstrated her commitment to patient care by assisting a family in securing a prescription for their three-year-old son, Owen, who suffers from severe skin issues. Hayley worked closely with her management team to resolve the situation and provide the medication that greatly improved Owen’s quality of life. Both Teri and Hayley exemplify what it means to be #healthstrategists, going above and beyond to ensure our members get the care they need. We’re fortunate to have such dedicated individuals on our team!
