Reach out to me for the full resolution poster on #diffraction #gratings for #euv #lithography! How can blazed diffraction gratings improve EUV systems? Blazed reflection gratings are high-throughput spectral filters at EUV wavelengths. Inprentus #blazed gratings with their serial write process can combine dispersion and imaging into a single optic giving EUV equipment a much needed boost in efficiency, resolution and compactness.
Inprentus gratings generated a lot of at the 2024 EUVL workshop and supplier showcase at The Center for X-ray Optics at the Berkeley Lab from June 2-6, 2024. Last week, we introduced our PhaseCam dynamic interferometer that will be featured at next week’s SPIE Photonics West. This system is categorized as a Twyman-Green interferometer. But what does that mean? This type of laser interferometer configuration is used for measuring the surface shape and transmitted wavefront quality of optical components, assemblies, systems, and optical-grade mechanical surfaces. It is a variant of the Michelson interferometer introduced in the early 20th century. What are the advantages of 4D’s PhaseCam? These interferometers can measure in difficult locations, can measure despite vibration and without isolation, the expensive reference transmission optics are not required, and they produce high resolution images.
