Elevating FDM Printing: Support Dynamic Flow Control in #OrcaSlicer or others. Dear 3D Printing Professionals, Recently, I've been exploring the incredible potential of dynamic flow control, particularly its impact on flexible parts and their structural density. I’m totally sure that rigid parts would benefit even more as we may create tougher parts without dividing the part into zones with different geometry and change the infill wall thickness only. We made it possible with the python script that run after the slicer generated the gcode. We may show how we do it in depth, but there is a #better option: enabling this feature inside Orca Slicer and others to make this feature available for everyone. It’s very easy by enabling flow rate modifiers that are currently disabled. I've initiated an idea in the Orca Slicer GitHub repository to advocate for the integration of dynamic flow control features directly into slicer software. Tracing flexible rubber mat for CNC smooth cut #logictrace #cncmachining #cncrouter #lasercutting #fabrication #cnccutting Sometimes the part I need to duplicate is made of a flexible material which creates a wiggly trace. No worries, using the Logic Trace System, I used points to define the curved outline of this rubber mat, and the software created an exact curve fit through the points. Efficient and accurate.

Elkuch Eisenring, based in has relied on JETCAM Expert for over 30 years, when it was supplied along with a Finn-Power CNC punch press with Right Angle Shear. Since then, JETCAM has driven their Bystronic lasers and Trumpf punch and punch/laser combination machines. They were one of the first adopters of JETCAM's parametric programming, used to manufacture their rainge of fireproof doors and switchgear cabinets. They developed their own in-house Oracle-based system that provides JETCAM all the information required to create and tool parts parametrically, with automatic sheet processing then tooling the entire nest and also destroying the skeleton.
