At Array Insights we're in a unique position for AI and its application with patient advocacy organizations since so much of that work is focused on patients and authenticity. When I think of authenticity, the last thing I think about is AI... unless we have systems like Tallulah that are meant to be more of an assist rather than a replacement for people.
