Millennial Potash Corp. Millennial Potash has released the results of its maiden Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the northern part of the Banio Potash Project. The MRE incorporates new assay data from historic holes BA-002 and BA-003, along with assay results from additional potash cycles encountered during the drilling extension of BA-002, which was completed in September 2023. The MRE encompasses both Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resources. The Indicated Mineral Resources are estimated to be approximately 657 million tonnes, with a grade of 15.9% KCl, equating to 104.6 million tonnes of contained KCl. Critical Mineral Resources PLC (LSE:CMRS) (CMR) has acquired 26 exploration permits in central #Morocco prospective for #copper, #antimony, #tungsten, #LeadZinc and #gold. #CriticalMineralResources acquired the permits through the acquisition of local Moroccan group Hesperis Resources, with the licences situated in the Rabat, Beni-Mellal, Agadir and Errachidia administrative regions. Covering approximately 400 sq km, these regions boast several historical and current #mining sites with established road and power infrastructure. As consideration for the acquisition, CMR will issue three million shares worth £150,000 at 5p per share to the owners of #Hesperis at completion, followed by 1.5 million shares (£75,000) deliverable at the start of drilling. A 10-month lock-in period has been agreed by the vendors. Noureddine Sabraoui, CMR’s chief operating officer, is a 25% beneficial owner of #HesperisResources. Far East Gold Ltd (ASX:FEG, OTC:FEGDF) CEO Shane Menere joins Jonathan Jackson in the Proactive studio to discuss a Binding Term Sheet (BTS) with PT Iriana Mutiara Idenburg (IMI) to acquire up to 100% of the Idenburg Gold Project in Papua, Indonesia. The 95,280-hectare Contract of Work (CoW) is in a region known for significant #gold and #copper deposits, such as Grasberg and Porgera. Historical exploration worth more than US$25 million, including 5,531 metres of diamond drilling, indicates the project's advanced status. The deposit is orogenic, akin to notable goldfields like Kalgoorlie and South Eastern Australia. Noteworthy is that major gold producers, including Barrick, Newmont and Newcrest, have previously explored the site. Despite extensive exploration, only 30% of the CoW has been detailed and metallurgical testing shows promising gold recoverability. A share option agreement has been entered between Power Metal, Tati Greenstone Resources PTY LTD ("TGR") a company incorporated in Botswana held as a 100% owned subsidiary of Power Metal, and Tuscan Holding PTY LTD ("Tuscan") a company incorporated in Botswana. Subject to exercise of the Option, Power Metal, through TGR, will retain a 25% interest free carried to production in Prospecting Licence 049/2022 (which covers the Cherished Hope Mine) and from which it is intended that TGR will become a material dividend paying entity from net cash flow generated from gold production.
