I'm always excited to see startups do well. It's tough starting a business, so every win – big or small – is worth celebrating. This is why I was so happy to hear that two APAC startups, one from Korea and one from India, have become partners, combining their AI expertise to build something even better!
Coxwave, which attended the Google for Startups Accelerator: AI First program in Korea, has created a product analytics and evaluation solution tool named Align AI. It helps businesses understand how well their LLM chatbots are working. Fundamento, based in India and a recipient of Google’s 2023 Women Founders Fund, is a company that makes AI-powered voice bots for enterprise contact centers.
They met through the Google for Startups alumni network, and together, they're building a new product that helps businesses use chatbots to answer customer service calls, see how well their chatbots are doing, and make them even better over time! This new product will potentially help many enterprises save money, get more sales, and handle customer calls much more efficiently.
It's wonderful to see how innovation can bring people together from different parts of the world. I'm proud that our programs can help make partnerships like this happen.
Speaking of programs, we recently held ChangGoo Alumni Day in Korea. ChangGoo is a Google Play program that mentors Korean developers and helps bring their innovative apps to a global audience.
