Back to the Grind: Finding Momentum After the Holidays Thanksgiving is behind us, and the holiday season is officially in full swing. The air is colder, the days are shorter, and it can be tempting to linger in the warmth of family memories and leftover pie. But as we gear up for the final stretch of the year, it's time to refocus, re-energize, and hit the ground running. Returning to work after a break can feel challenging, but it’s also an opportunity to rediscover our purpose and set the tone for a strong finish. Here are some ways to motivate yourself and your team to pick up where you left off: 1. Reflect on Gratitude and Progress The spirit of Thanksgiving doesn’t have to end with the holiday. Take a moment to acknowledge the wins—big and small—your team has achieved this year. Share your gratitude for their efforts and dedication. Acknowledgment is a powerful motivator. 2. Set Clear, Achievable Goals As the year winds down, focus on priorities that align with your broader goals. Create a roadmap for the next few weeks, emphasizing what must be accomplished before the year ends. Clear goals provide direction and help everyone feel grounded amidst the holiday buzz. 3. Embrace the Energy of a Fresh Start The cold weather might make it hard to get going, but it also signals a shift—a chance to refresh your mindset. Encourage your team to see this as an opportunity to bring fresh energy to their work, approaching challenges with a renewed sense of purpose. 4. Create Moments of Warmth As temperatures drop, look for ways to make your workplace (or virtual workspace) feel welcoming. Whether it’s a quick team huddle with hot coffee or a check-in to share personal highlights from the break, small gestures can foster connection and motivation. 5. Lead by Example Your enthusiasm and focus can set the tone for the whole team. Show that you’re ready to dive back in with positivity and determination. Momentum is contagious. Let’s tackle this post-Thanksgiving period with intention and drive. The year’s not over yet, and there’s still so much we can accomplish. What’s your favorite way to reignite motivation after a break? Let me know in the comments—I’d love to hear your tips! #Leadership #Teamwork #Motivation

✨ Believe in the Magic of the Season ✨ The holiday season isn’t just a time for celebrations; it’s a time for reflection, gratitude, and hope. As the year comes to a close, we’re reminded of the magic that surrounds us—not just in the lights, gifts, and gatherings but in the simple moments of connection, love, and kindness. Why is this season so magical? Because it reminds us to: 🎄 Pause and reflect: The hustle of life often blinds us to the beauty of small moments. Take this time to reflect on your journey, celebrate your progress, and set intentions for the year ahead. ❤️ Express gratitude: A heartfelt “thank you” can light up someone’s day. Appreciate the people who have been part of your journey, whether they’re colleagues, friends, or family. ✨ Dream bigger: The season is a reminder that even in the darkest of nights, there’s always light. Believe in possibilities, embrace new opportunities, and trust in the journey ahead. Whether you’re spending this time with loved ones, setting personal or professional goals, or simply enjoying some well-deserved rest, remember to cherish the magic in every moment. This season is not just about what’s under the tree; it’s about the love we share, the kindness we give, and the hope we carry into the future. 🍁 Thanksgiving Reset: Should You Coast or Accelerate Through the Holidays? 🍂 As we approach Thanksgiving, many of us feel the pull to wind down, focus on family time, and put career growth on pause until January. But what if these quieter weeks before the holiday rush are actually the perfect time to reflect, reset, and position yourself for an incredible new year? The seasonal slowdown, with its focus on gratitude and connection, creates ideal conditions for taking stock of your progress and strategically preparing for what's ahead. Rather than defaulting to autopilot until January, consider using this time intentionally. Here are four powerful strategies: • 🧘♀️ Create Space for Reflection: Before diving into holiday chaos, block off time for quiet contemplation. Review your 2024 journey - celebrate wins, acknowledge challenges, and listen to what your inner wisdom is telling you about your path forward. • 📅 Make December 1st Your New January 1st: Why wait for the new year? Use these weeks to review your goals, adjust your course, and create an intentional plan. You'll hit January energized rather than overwhelmed. • 🤝 Deepen Key Relationships: Holiday events and gatherings provide natural opportunities to strengthen your professional network in a more relaxed setting. Who are the five people you'd love to connect with before year-end? • 📈 Invest in Your Growth: Just as you plan the perfect holiday feast, consider what "ingredients" you need for your success recipe in 2025. What support, resources, or skills would help you level up? The key is fulfillment - honoring both the reflective spirit of the season and your professional ambitions. You can savor the holidays while thoughtfully laying the groundwork for an exceptional new year. ✨ Would you like to discuss any of these strategies in more detail? I'm happy to explore how to make this season both meaningful and productive for you. 🌟 #LeadershipDevelopment #HolidayReset #CareerStrategy #ThankfulLeaders #2025Goals 🦃

🎁 The Best Gift This Season? Prioritizing You! As the holidays roll in and the year wraps up, it’s easy to get caught up in the hustle. Deadlines, events, family plans—the to-do list never ends. But here’s a reminder we all need: you can’t pour from an empty cup. This time of year, I ground myself in my personal purpose: to be a partner who enhances others’ development to increase their well-being. And you know what? That starts with me. Here’s how I’m choosing to thrive (not just survive!) this season: ✨ Pause and Celebrate Stop chasing the next thing for a moment. Look back and celebrate your progress—every milestone, no matter how small. Wins fuel momentum. ✨ Protect Your Peace Holiday FOMO is real, but not every “yes” is worth it. Boundaries are self-care in action, keeping your energy focused on what truly matters. ✨ Stay True to Your Roadmap Your personal goals are your compass. Check in with them: Are you still heading toward the life you envision? Or is it time for a course correction? ✨ Give Gratitude a Seat at the Table Gratitude shifts everything. Acknowledge the people, moments, and lessons that shaped you this year—it’s a powerful way to thrive. ✨ Rest Like Your Future Depends On It Because it does. Rest fuels clarity, creativity, and resilience—everything you need to step into the new year strong. This isn’t just about surviving the season; it’s about setting the tone for what’s next. The best way to achieve your goals and care for others is by taking care of yourself first. How are you putting you at the top of your priority list this season? Let’s make this the year we give ourselves the gift of thriving. #SelfCareFirst #EndOfYearWellness #ThriveNotSurvive #PersonalPurpose #EmployeeThriving

🎄 The Final Week Before Christmas: Surround Yourself with Good Company 🎄 As we enter the final week before many businesses wind down for the holidays, it’s easy to feel the pressure of wrapping up tasks, meeting deadlines, and ticking off those last-minute to-dos. But in the midst of the hustle, don’t forget what #thisseason is really about—connecting with people who bring #joy and warmth into your life. Take a moment to pause. Picture yourself gathered around a table with those you trust and cherish—sharing a meal, exchanging stories, and laughing until your sides hurt. It’s not about perfection; it’s about presence. This week, remember: ✨ Wrap Up with Purpose: Finish what you can, but don’t let work overshadow precious time with loved ones. ✨ Choose Joy: Schedule time for connection, even if it’s a quick coffee or a spontaneous dinner. ✨ Be Present: Turn off notifications, step away from screens, and soak in the company of people who matter. ✨ Celebrate the Journey: Reflect on the year’s highs and lows with gratitude for the people who stood by you. The best part of the holiday season isn’t what’s under the tree—it’s who’s around the table. I’ve been navigating Thanksgiving with family and friends for years now, and I have to admit: it’s bittersweet. As much as I cherish the connection, laughter, and love that surrounds this time of year, it’s also a reminder of my loss—my husband’s absence lingers in the spaces where his laughter once filled the air. It’s a beautiful yet deeply emotional season. This Thanksgiving started like many before. An early morning turkey drop-off, a frantic rush to finish preparations, and then a whirlwind of family and friends gathering, laughter, and endless picture-taking. My heart swelled with joy seeing the kids’ little feet pattering across the floor, the dogs playing, and everyone coming together. But amidst the joy, life threw me a curveball. A strange dizziness crept in, a rumble in my stomach I didn’t recognize. I pushed through—determined to soak in every moment—but by the next morning, I couldn’t ignore it. Before I knew it, I was down with the flu. Hard. It hit like a freight train, derailing all my plans, including promoting the launch of Reach360°. But recently, I realized something: life will always throw us off balance. The plan won’t always go as expected. And that’s okay. I still struggle with this—grief, unforeseen challenges, and the weight of feeling like I’ve let things slip. Here’s what I do when life hits hard: 1. I give myself grace. It’s okay to rest and regroup. 2. I lean into support. Whether it’s family, friends, or my team, I know I don’t have to do it alone. 3. I pivot. Resilience means shifting direction and showing up in the way I can, even if it’s not perfect. Life doesn’t always follow the script, but it’s in these moments we find resilience and growth. This week may not have gone as planned, but I’m reminded of what matters most: connection, love, and the ability to adapt when the unexpected happens. If you’re looking to build meaningful connections, grow your business, and stop wasting time on strategies that don’t work, Reach360° is here to help you do just that. Let’s stop chasing vanity metrics and start building real relationships that grow not just your business, but also your spirit. Founding members get an incredible opportunity to join at a limited-time price. Whether you choose a one-time payment or monthly plan, this is your chance to take the first step. The flu may have knocked me down, but I’m standing back up—and I hope to see you in Reach360°. ❤️ Drop the word “360” below, and I’ll send you the details to join as a founding member. Let’s do this together!

Hard to believe that December is just around the corner! Sometimes, we rush through December, trying to keep up with year-end, holiday events, celebrations, (hopefully) time with loved ones, and it can get pretty frantic. It's easy to see how reflection can fall to the wayside. Don't let this happen to you! There's something crucial about the season of winter that is critical for reinvention, both for you as an individual and for your team or company. 1. Carving out sacred time for strategic thinking is essential. Look at your calendar NOW and set aside some time for your end-of-year reflection. Whether it's an early morning (because you like those), or a weekend (because that's when you might actually do it), or even a walking meditation (because you like multi-tasking), set aside time to reflect, assess, and review. Consider this for your team, too. You can send out some reflective questions and ask them to prepare for an end-of-year look-back and celebration as different from more serious "strategic planning." 2. Ask YOURSELF courageous questions. What worked? What didn’t? What’s next? Sometimes, it's kind of fun to look back at your own calendar, noting what happened in each of the months to give the above questions some context. Recently, I asked one client to identify some celebrations and shout-outs as a way to look at the whole picture of the year, rather than just "this needs to be fixed." December is the perfect time for planning your intentional culture as you #buildabetterteam —an environment where people thrive together for positive outcomes. How are you spending this season? Reflecting or rushing?

As the holiday season wraps us in its warmth, it’s the perfect time to reflect on what truly matters. The end of the year often brings a mix of emotions: gratitude, nostalgia, and anticipation. Amid the busyness of life and work, this is our chance to pause, take a deep breath, and reconnect: With loved ones who’ve been by our side through every twist and turn. With ourselves, to honor how far we’ve come. With our purpose, to realign with what truly matters. This week, as I reflect on the year, here’s what I’m holding close: Gratitude for the moments that shaped the year, both the highs that brought joy and the challenges that helped me grow. Connection with the people who matter most: family, friends, and colleagues who’ve been part of this journey. Excitement for the year ahead, for the opportunities, lessons, and adventures waiting to unfold. The holiday season reminds us that success isn’t just about what we achieve but also about the people we share it with and the memories we create along the way. 🌟 What’s one thing you’re cherishing this holiday season? Whether it’s a quiet moment of reflection, time with loved ones, or simply the joy of giving, let’s celebrate together. #HolidayReflections #Gratitude #MompreneurJourney #FamilyFirst #EndOfYearThoughts
