CHANGE …  We all go through it – from a ‘team member’ perspective and from a ‘leadership’ perspective … because CHANGE itself is so constant.  To be successful in leading teams through change is a little bit like executing a successful golf swing.  By that I mean, to be successful, we have to do several “little things” simultaneously and as consistently as possible.  In times of change, as leaders, we often have to “put it all together”, and deploy several leadership skills at once.  Perhaps the most effective skill, during times of change, is the ability to GiVE and RECEIVE feedback.  Shane McFeely’s article gives us some great advice for leading teams through change by “involving them” in the change process.  #LeadWithHospitality
