Good morning. My name is Doctor Tapia. I'm an anesthesiologist at Venice Medical Center at Justin admitted a patient who has over 200 kilograms or a gastric sleeve brought him to the operating room, pre oxygenated, used the video ring scope placed in his mouth to intubate and the epiglottis was folded over in an amega shape which included the visualization of the vocal cords. I used the through the courts advice, placed it underneath the epiglottis, maneuvered slightly, put it through where I believe the vocal cords. And was unsure of I was successful. However with the through the courts device, I felt the tracheal rings transmitted through the device to my fingertips, was able to confirm tracheal intubation before ventilation popped off the device advance the endotracheal tube and successfully into being the patient when a rigid stylet may have caused trauma. So thank you very much. I'm very helpful, happy with the device and I'm thankful that I had in my hands.
