I think most of the bad UX (User Experience) only becomes bad UX once we get used to improved UX. Till then most of it is good UX. What we call a well designed product today might be a poor product tomorrow. Also, as we advance towards making things better as a society, why does it feel that the society is less at peace than it was when no one talked about user experience. With better designed products, why are people more anxious than ever? The price we pay for better products and fast services is our patience? #foodforthought
