We have a strong need to demonstrate accountability in our work. We set an example by adhering to strong professional standards and open communication, whether collaborating internally or advising externals. We aspire to develop integrity from the ground up by taking full responsibility of initiatives, thoroughly assessing every work, and guiding each other through intricate ethical quandaries. If an error occurs while we are all watching, we own it collectively and use it as an opportunity to grow through nonjudgmental discourse. Our goal is to establish a friendly yet responsible culture in which engineers understand their social responsibility. Though problems continue, we are constantly strengthening accountability's roots by gentle encouragement, wisdom sharing, and unified resilience so that it may flourish through the collective conscience of this field.

Helping students make the leap to High School & Reconnecting them to their Indigenous Languages, Histories, Cultures, and Communities.
I think one of the major challenges is that depending on the people or organization you work with there are competing experiences and values. It can be extremely difficult to find an organization that values what you value and if and when you do, it's equally challenging to find colleagues who also share those values. Just because the organization has similar values does not mean the employees working for that organization also share your personal and professional values.
