This week Australian Construction Industry Forum (ACIF) will be releasing the latest Construction forecasts across three sectors - residential, non-residential and engineering. Great presentation last week by Peter Downes from Outlook Economics on the findings at the Future of Construction summit in Brisbane, followed by a panel discussion with Anneke Thompson from CreditorWatch and Colin Mitchell from BMD Group. Big issues included construction cost rises, productivity challenges and strong competition for builders.

A pretty simple summary of the execution of work that Suffolk is capable of year in and year out. In 2024, the five largest jobs in the state all executed or in progress by Suffolk. 3.6 Billion dollars in work. Each one as complicated and unique as the next.
