We had 2 matches in CCL on the same day at the same venue. The first match was running late and hence we decided to have the toss of the second game off the field. The front-end had to look good on TV and the back-end had to be figured out for that 😀 If you want to experience jugaad, be a part of some event execution. You will find many such instances and will learn so much about coming up with quick solutions and handling pressure. Right from a website to content production to so many more things, what matters most is the front-end looking good and functionally running well. What's a jugaad you remember?

An interesting insight into the Olympic games, and poses some interesting project management questions. In particular, how it has constantly overrun the budgets, and if the retrospectives were effectively done. It is quite stunning, the amount of overrun the budgets have incurred as the numbers are not small. Moving forward, the point of having a more permanent site for the Olympics, may be the eventual solution for a more cost effective event.
