Shukun Technology, in partnership with several hospitals, has published research results on CT-FFR in the journal Science Bulletin. The paper "Diagnostic and prognostic performance of artificial intelligence-based fully automated on-site CT-FFR in patients with CAD" outlines the value of AI-based, fully automated on-site CT fractional flow reserve in diagnosing and predicting outcomes in patients with coronary artery disease. CT-FFR is a non-invasive functional index that assesses whether coronary artery stenosis leads to myocardial ischemia. This technology enables the acquisition of FFR data from coronary CTA images alone, thus scientifically guiding the diagnosis and treatment of patients with coronary artery disease. It is garnering widespread attention from clinicians due to its significant potential for application. 🚀 Pioneering Advances in Parkinson’s Disease Diagnosis! 🚀 Have you ever thought of detecting Parkinson's Disease just by analyzing vocal sounds? This groundbreaking idea is our latest research, which we proudly presented at the IMSA 2024 Conference. Our study addresses the traditional challenges in Parkinson’s Disease diagnosis, which often rely on subjective clinical assessments prone to errors, especially in the early stages. By leveraging a large dataset with diverse speech-related traits, we’ve been able to push the boundaries of machine learning in healthcare. Key highlights from our research include: - Utilizing a broad spectrum of classifiers and employing multiple data balancing techniques to ensure robustness and generalizability. - Demonstrating the superior accuracy of the Random Forest model, outperforming previous studies. - Developing a user-friendly graphical user interface (GUI) for practical application. - Incorporating SHAP (SHapley Additive exPlanations) analysis to provide transparency and insights into the speech characteristics affected by PD. Imagine a future where diagnosing Parkinson's Disease is as simple as analyzing a person's voice. This innovation not only offers a non-invasive, accessible method but also promises greater accuracy and early detection, ultimately improving patient outcomes.
