But it’s not just about the process posting "We’re hiring!" or "Join our unicorn !" isn’t cutting it anymore. The real issue? Our employer branding and messaging are way off. Here’s where companies typically go wrong: ❌ "You’ll have ownership and be part of strategic decisions." (But what kind of decisions? Scaling frontend architecture? Adding real-time features? Be specific!) ❌ "We just reached unicorn status!" (Great for you, but what does that mean for engineers?) ❌ "Work on UI in React." (Sounds just like every other B2B SaaS job. So, now tell me, where’s the unique challenge?) ❌ "You’ll be building next-gen software." (Like the 130,000th company claiming this.)
