Last week, I was fortunate to be part of the Merieux Nutrisciences 2024 Innovation Forum. Bringing together more than 150 dynamic minds from around the world into a virtual forum, we immersed ourselves in continuity and exploration, with the goal of reshaping customer-centric innovation. One of the areas of action was artificial intelligence. From among the 150 people, we had several groups brainstorming, debating, and exploring AI opportunities. As a wise person once said, "there are a lot more ways to lose money on AI than there are ways to earn money from AI". It is discussions like these that help us cut through the hype and find practical ways for AI to make a real difference for our business and for our customers. AI was just one of the topics and no matter what the topic, this Forum highlighted our progress on the innovation roadmap. Collaboration with key players in the food industry has allowed us to delve deeper into emerging trends and discover new avenues for innovation. This was not a one time thing.
