Mechanical is must for Chakan, Maharashtra Job Details; Develop Production Schedule Based on Sales Target (SOB): Collaborate with sales to translate SOB into a detailed production schedule for machine shop, fabrication, paint shop, and assembly line. This ensures production aligns with sales commitments. Monitor Schedule Adherence and Address Deviations: Track adherence to the production schedule to avoid delays. Proactively identify and resolve any deviations to minimize disruptions and unplanned stoppages. Optimize Production for Efficiency, Quality, and Cost: Implement production control activities like 4M analysis (Manpower, Machine, Material, Method) to improve runtime. Maintain high quality standards while ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effectiveness to meet customer expectations. Generate Production Performance Reports: Prepare and maintain weekly/monthly reports to track progress against the sales target. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and continuously optimize the production process. Maintain Inventory of Production Consumables: Ensure a consistent supply of necessary materials to avoid production delays and support uninterrupted execution of the sales plan.
