TÜV Rheinland Mobility’s Post

🚗🔌 TÜV Rheinland and the Journey to E-Mobility Innovation The road to sustainable transportation is electrifying, and TÜV Rheinland Group is at the helm of this transformative journey. In our state-of-the-art facility at the Dutch-German innovation park Avantis near Aachen, TÜV Rheinland Automotive Component Testing GmbH (ACT) is harnessing the power of innovation to test traction batteries from global manufacturers. 🔋 Prof. Dr. Achim Kampker (Chair of Production Engineering of E-Mobility Components at the PEM RWTH Aachen University), one of the thought leaders in the international E-mobility sector affirms: "The battery is probably the most important component in E-Mobility. With its large and innovative set-up, the battery lab in Aachen has made a decisive contribution to enable the transformation towards electrification." We're committed to mitigating the challenges of e-mobility through our rigorous battery assessments. We test to the limits, ensuring compliance with comprehensive standards such as the GHG Protocol and ISO 14064, benchmarking battery safety and performance at the pinnacle of global criteria. 🌍 Immerse yourself in our story of promoting sustainable transportation. I strongly recommend that people who are thinking of buying an electric car, first keep in mind that it is a battery, and as such, it will run out before 10 years. And you will have to spend a lot of money €. Where are you going to charge the batteries? 12 million cars that sleep on the street in Spain??, we lift all the streets to install wiring 🤷. The electric car is completely unfeasible, for the moment 🤔😚.
