Dear Sir This is to bring to your notice that I have bought a new Jupiter 113 on 4/2/25 from Green TVS, Ground Floor, Old GT Rd, near Arjun Gate, Sector 14, Karnal, Haryana 132001. In the name of Reena Walia, colour starlight blue. As per the commitment from the Dealer they will give the entire Genuine Accessory from TVS company at the time of delivery, but unfortunately we found the entire accessory was duplicate. We already made full payment of the vehicle then after they installed accessories on it. I told them that this is not the way, as you are cheating by putting aftermarket & low quality of accessories but you committed to give Genuine one. So, they refused for the same and said we can not give genuine to you. We had a very bad experience just after taking delivery which left us with sadness and ruined our emotions to buy a new vehicle. This is happening just post delivery. I don't know how they will deal with post sales services. I request you to please look into this matter. Either to change the accessory or to return the payment taken from us for the accessory. As TVS is a growing brand in the market and by doing such things dealers are exploiting the brand value.
