Dear TVS Motor Team, Reaching out to me after my LinkedIn post was pointless if all you intended to do was waste more of my time. Frankly, your approach to customer service—both at the local dealer level and through your so-called customer care—is nothing but a joke. On January 15, 2025, one of your executives called me to discuss the issues I’ve been facing. After taking all the details, I was promised a resolution within 24 hours. Days have passed, and unsurprisingly, I have heard absolutely nothing. It is now clear that your team is incapable of delivering anything but empty promises and excuses. Your post-sales service, particularly in the EV segment, is downright pathetic. Customers are left stranded with zero support from your team or dealers. It’s shocking how a company like TVS Motor can operate with such blatant disregard for its customers. Your brand reputation is already on shaky ground, and your continued failure to act will only worsen it. Enough of this incompetence—fix this now.
TVS is showing a worst level of professionalism. even after escalating it by all means, no body is even updating me for the case of non delivery of vehicle. Is there anyone who can actually support ??
