It is always a great pleasure to join my hardworking friend and Ghanaian Technology partner, Victor Tagborloh, representing Elon Musk's Starlink operations in Ghana to discuss what we love to do and are passionate about in Ghana geared towards economic development of our dear country Ghana. Ghana needs bold solutions for now and our future, so join the conversation on how Starlink and 5G in Ghana could complement each other in bridging the digital divide, saving lives and empowering businesses in the transformation of Ghana's economy in our digitalization efforts. 5G is now 5 years into existence and Ghana is trying to catch up but it is better late than never and the value of combining 4GLTE, 5G and Starlink solutions with Zero-Trust Cyber Security Architecture is non-negotiable globally for all economies. As a pioneer of Mobile Fixed Wireless Access solution(SIM-based) in Ghana since 2016, I understand the needs of critical enterprise customers better in Ghana and FWA is a great candidate in all broadband offerings with the Intersection of Terrestrial(Mobile) and Non-Terestrial(Space-based) Networks. My experience in Ghana has taught me that starting with the customer experience and working backwards in using the right technology offering is key and not just having the technology and trying to figure out where you are going to sell it as Steve Jobs once said. I love all potential Ghanaian enterprise customers and they are the reason I spent close to 9 years of my salaries and affordability mandates on Ghana government payroll since January, 2016 to work for them in Ghana as well as sacrificing work efforts worth millions of dollars to pioneer Ghana's first Mobile FWA solution over 4GLTE designed in 2016 at St John of God Hospital at the capital of Tano North Constituency and approved in 2021 on a Hospital platform in Kumasi by Ghana's Telecoms market regulator, NCA. Ghanaians should be grateful to the current government through the Ministry of Communications and Digitalisation for the opportunity for Ghanaians to be served with both Starlink and 5G by the end of the year as it is better late than never. AACCSA Advocacy Wing Access yo finance to business (Manufacturing, Construction, Import and Export etc Thanks all !!!!! Around 53% of financial access is given to the private sector, especially in 2023. On average, there has been a 27% increase in loans over the last three years. Among the estimated 120 million people, an average of 2 million private sector entities took out loans, accounting for approximately 1.6%. A large number of SMEs receive credit from Microfinance Institutions, but only have access to 7% of the total financial access. The share of public bank loans was 77% ten years ago, but now it has decreased to 48.5%, with private bank loans increasing from 23% to 53.5%. Generally, there is an increase in the demand for loans, however, banks face challenges related to leverage and deposit growth. Simultaneously, deposit growth is currently at 25% in private banks, public deposits have increased by 27%, while deposit growth in the private sector stands at 22% and public bank deposit rate is 25% in 2023. Liquidity is a problem. Personally, I also need access to finance but have no collateral. Do any of you have collateral? However, the bank requires collateral, which is also a problem. Oh, I have not repaid the loan I took for unplanned expenses from my wife. Do you have similar scenarios? Banks in Ethiopia also face problems with defaulted or expired loans and full default. Both banks and the private sector need to work on appraisals for repayment, and banks should reduce collateral requirements. Inflation also plays a role in the problem of financial access in the background. These are the notes I took from the panel discussion with experts from the National Bank, Development Bank, Private Banks, and international Banking service organizations today at the Interluxury Hotel, Addis Ababa. On a personal note, the implementation of the Capital Market will solve most issues. Until then, I hope that the manufacturing, construction, import-export, and agricultural sectors can overcome these financial access challenges. Oh, and myself too.

Some Telcos were doubting if Galaxy Aerospace Ghana is in the position to deliver SpaceX's Starlink services nationwide but this serves them right that my local Technology partner's Galaxy Aerospace Ghana was well positioned to serve Starlink across all 16 regions of Ghana and they should join this zoom session to learn more from the Chief Technical Engineer of Galaxy Aerospace Ghana and a representative from Ghana's Telecoms market regulator,National Communications Authority. The future of Ghana's Internet is upon us. The end goal is to combine the value of Starlink and 5G on a secured SASE platform like Cradlepoint's Net-Cloud. The value of combining 4GLTE, 5G and Starlink solutions with Zero-Trust Cyber Security Architecture is non-negotiable for all critical sectors of Ghana's economy. We believe if SpaceX's Starlink could be duly represented in Ghana through a competent local entity like Galaxy Aerospace Ghana then Cradlepoint EMEA, part of Ericsson could also be represented with us and a leading Telco in Ghana on the back of The White House's investments into a first-of-its-kind Cloud/Carrier Neutral Data Center in the capital city of Ghana geared towards attracting various US multinationals and reduction of internet costs in Ghana. I wholeheartedly believe this and try to practice it…and even better than fun is enjoyment. A task or activity can be enjoyable and fun and still be work. My degree is in journalism, the way that has transferred to my sales career and even the way I sales coach is in being curious! I’m not actually a Sales Coach, I’m a Detective! It shows up in the way I enjoy the discovery phase when meeting with a new prospect or even the way I approach prospecting. “WHAT can I find out” “WHERE else can I look, have I used all the resources and tools available to me to learn more about the prospect” “WHO do I know that may know the prospect that can give me insights” I will happily go down the rabbit hole and its fun to ME. One of my first questions when I’m coaching a rep is to ask them what aspect of the role/industry they enjoy…what about the job do they consider to be fun…this is a great foundation for understanding not just what motivates them but what may be missing from the team or company culture! Thanks for highlighting this Workweek This week leaders let’s remember fun can be very productive and profitable! #salesleadership #salescoaching #salescareer #leadership #culture

The galas, It was quite an eventful night. I had the moment to catch up with people on meaningful convos. It was also a time to showcase one's aesthetic moves on the dance floor. 🕺💃 I had dart game challenge with a colleague [a fellow soldier in the field in another city]. The major highlight of the night for me was the presentation of awards, while it may seem like a night of fun and entertainment, there's actually a lot of value in gala night hosted by companies. I gained the following insights: 🤳Awarding your staff is an important way to show them that their efforts are valued and appreciated. It's also a great way to motivate them to continue performing at their best. 🤳When employees feel recognized and rewarded for their hard work, they're more likely to feel invested in the company's success and motivated to do their best. 🤳It also help create a positive work culture, where employees feel encouraged and supported. And, of course, the recognition can go a long way towards making your employees feel good about themselves and their contributions. And these can lead to better collaboration, increased productivity, and a stronger sense of teamwork. You need to see the moments I captured below. 😁 Dear Chemical and Allied Products Plc My Kindest Regards for the opportunity. 🙏🏽
