It's a full-time job to weed through thousands of candidates and find the few that are the right fit, reach out to the candidate, schedule initial interviews with the candidates that respond, etc. When you use a specialized recruiter we only reach out and speak with candidates that are a potential fit, screen those candidates, make sure they are interested in the role, etc. Only then do we send those carefully chosen candidates directly to you/the hiring manager. #staffing #recruiting #hiring #advertisingandmarketing #digitalmarketing #graphicdesign

"We have 13731 applicants on our job ad so we don't see a need to pay an agency". That's the number one response I get from hiring managers when I ask if they're working with agencies at the moment. That's all well and good, if you only want CVs from an agency then sure, you may not need me in this current market (remember, the market will change). BUT, do you not also want to know: - Your reputation in the market. - What your competitors are doing. - Available talent pools in your niche (and how much they cost). - How you can attract the best people. The list goes on... Each of these points can drastically change the bottom line of your company, improve your hiring processes and save you a heck of a lot of time ⌚ The question isn't if you can afford to work with an agency.
