There is so much IQ in the tech world, yet very little EQ... Cloudflare is in a shitstorm and rightfully so but we all know, they are not alone and are not the only ones expressing zero Emotional intelligence. Thanks to Brittany Peach, we got a lesson in objection handling and fight back spirit, expressing that employees are not a "use & through away once done" items. For anyone wondering where's my recent post about Riot and other gamedev giants. I deleted it. Because the information was incorrect. A person kindly reached out to me and explained where i had misunderstanding. " You post about Riot, is not accurate, and I figured you might want to correct it. The post is wrong about P/E and how stocks work. - Companies only get the value when they first sell stocks, Riot has never sold stock on the open market. - Riot is a part of tencent so there is no way to be sure their P/E - Companies can only spend the money they make (and loan that is loaned) " So to not cause further spread of misleading information I deleted that post.

As a former Federal Agent investigating crimes against children, I’ve witnessed the alarming evolution of online threats to young people. A recent Bloomberg report on Roblox, an online gaming platform, highlights the urgent need for innovative AI solutions to safeguard children in the digital space. Over time, I’ve seen the shift from isolated incidents to organised, tech-savvy predators exploiting virtual environments intended for children to be creative and interact with friends. There are now cases where groups of offenders are using Roblox’s chat feature to groom multiple children across various countries. These companies have a social responsibility to ensure their platforms are safe and secure for young users. Protecting children online must be the top priority, with platforms aligning in support of law enforcement agencies who are tasked with staying ahead of these digital predators in an increasingly complex online world. #smartcities #ai #innovation #technology #linkedin
