I recently had the wonderful opportunity to speak on a panel titled "Optimizing Outcomes Through Machine Learning" at the Minneapolis CDAO Executive Summit hosted by Evanta, a Gartner Company. Honored to have joined esteemed panelist Ines Davis, Vice President- Marketing Strategy and Analytics, Ameriprise Financial and Moderator Tracy Smith, Vice President- Enterprise Analytics & Insights, NMDP. We dived into real-life examples demonstrating the impactful outcomes driven by machine learning. Given the intricacies of the field, we emphasized the importance of storytelling and tailoring the discussions to resonate with the audience. We also addressed ethical concerns and discussed strategies to mitigate biases in models and weighed on the need for governance and responsible AI development.
