If interested, please check out the clip below and feel free to post questions on the original post, if you have any follow up questions or want to share your own experiences. #art #artmarketing #connection
How did you get your work displayed at museums such as Harvard Museums of Science & Culture, and Worcester Art Museum? People often ask me this question. Thanks to my daughter Fei Wu and her incredible friend and content writer Tripti Gore Chandorkar who truly made this possible. #sonicart #contemporaryart #ZERO #kyma #soundart 2024.02.04 Exhibition 0 1 at Museum EICAS: ZERO = language Nonversation Two video screens, each with an alphabetical circle. The circles are run through with so-called Brownian Walks. This is a way of randomly going down the letters as found phonetic objects. The letters are named on one side by Roland Kuit and on the other by artist Karin Schomaker. The trajectories of randomness can be followed in these circles. It is a process of discovering random synchronicity. That is where the found meaning lies. https://lnkd.in/eFUwCNyh

There’s still time to take part in this survey! https://lnkd.in/e9PGd2VE big thank you to everyone who has so far - and to everyone who has reposted and commented. There’s so much interest and discussion around scent, but more research is needed to inform its use creatively, effectively and safely in museums and heritage sites. So I really appreciate your help! Your perspectives as practitioners and experiences of developing visitor experiences in museums and heritage sites (with or without scent) will help shape this research and ensure that the outcomes work for practitioners around the world who want to employ more multisensory approaches. Follow the link to find out more about the Scent in Museums project and how you can participate in the survey. https://lnkd.in/ekMJqusA
