The website will be updated to include newly developed resources for the field created through the ERPO RC, in partnership with BJA. The website also provides a platform for the ERPO RC to highlight emerging and promising practices in successful ERPO implementation and connect states and localities to innovative strategies to reduce gun violence and save lives.” If you are a threat to yourself and or to your community due to mental illness, a judge can temporarily provide an injunction to remove the weapon(s). This is true only in states with laws that remove access to firearms arms. If you are going though a divorce and you threaten your wife and children a judge can temporarily confiscate your weapons you used to threaten your family. Seems like the perfect law to reduce domestic violence. It’s temporary till you return to sanity
