I’ve been supporting and encouraging people in my circle to use TymeBank thinking it’s the best bank in SA, safe and responsive to client communications until the 11th January 2025 when my bank account was hacked, and money used to buy a Hollywoodsbet voucher, according to what one of their agents told me. Number 1: I don’t have a Hollywoodsbet account. Even after explaining that the person did a sim swap and locked me out of my bank account, emails, receiving phone calls etc everything fell on deaf ears and they don’t want to pay my money back. They repeatedly send SMSs that I should call them for more information, and that my case investigation is declined, via SMS?What ridiculousness is this??? I need a full report of what transpired, your reasons why my case is declined, and I want my money back!
