Be the reason someone smiles today…For those of us in the event business, at our core we are motivated and long to make our clients smile. This past week we were able to do just that!
“A smile is worth a thousand words”
I often cite these stats about the number of thoughts we have each day, and how most are negative and repetitive.
#Meditation, #mindfulness practices, #gratitude, affirmations, and #breathwork are all helpful practices.
Being intentional first thing in the morning is also helpful in setting yourself up for success.
Reflecting on the first and last thoughts of our day indeed holds profound significance in shaping our mindset and influencing the course of our actions. It is during these moments of transition between wakefulness and slumber that our subconscious mind is particularly receptive to impressions.
Starting the day with positive and purposeful thoughts sets the tone for the hours ahead, infusing our actions with motivation and determination. Whether it's expressing gratitude for the blessings in our lives or setting intentions for growth and productivity, cultivating a mindset of optimism and gratitude at the dawn of each day can have a transformative effect on our overall well-being.
Similarly, ending the day on a reflective and tranquil note allows us to unwind from the day's hustle and bustle, fostering a sense of inner peace and contentment. By taking a moment to review our experiences, acknowledge our achievements, and contemplate areas for improvement, we pave the way for personal growth and self-awareness.
Indeed, the difference between the first and last thoughts of our day can be profound. By consciously channeling our thoughts towards positivity, gratitude, and mindfulness, we empower ourselves to navigate life's challenges with resilience and grace. As we embrace this practice, may we discover the boundless potential that lies within the power of our thoughts to shape our reality.

It's week 2 of our extended birthday party, and I have genuinely loved going down memory lane with members and colleagues past and present. 🎂
As we get bogged down in the day-to-day, it's easy to forget to take a step back and just look how far we've come and what was built together.
So James grabbed his virtual pen, and decided to take us on a journey > https://lnkd.in/etb-wY2x#BoundlessTogether

I recently worked with my coaching client and prepared her to craft a ceremonial speech for her brother's wedding.
The client was thrilled with the preparation, and the way I planned a personalized structure, adding humor and a personal touch , audience connection and so was her entire family.
So Why is ceremonial speech important?
Ceremonial speeches mark important occasions:
- Weddings
- Funerals
- Graduations
- Business Milestones
But did you know that good ceremonial speeches have a more profound impact?
They bring meaning to the occasion and make it more memorable.
Think:
🗣 Steve Jobs' Stanford Commencement Address,
🗣 Obama's eulogy for Beau Biden, or
🗣 JK Rowling's Harvard Commencement Speech.
And of course if you remember Sridevi's Speech in English Vinglish,
These speeches were more than just words, they were experiences.
They made us think, feel, and be inspired and motivated to make a difference. Ceremonial speeches have the power to change lives.
It's not too late to start crafting your ceremonial speech and impact someone's life.
So what are you waiting for. If you need help in crafting your ceremonial speech DM me or connect with me at speakwithamee@gmail.comhttps://lnkd.in/d45NrjGg
