#2 of worser Customer Service Experiences So this time, let me bring you my experience with an established Indian multinational bank. I hold an account with this bank since 2012 and 2024 is the first time I have actually used their online banking website to cancel quite a many standing instructions on my CC because I felt it is easy to cancel them all from one place rather than having to logon to each individual website. There is a technical glitch with their cancellation process and I have been patiently following it up with them since February this year. In the month of May, I realised that I had access to a Customer Relationship Manager(CRM) since the past few years and decided to take his help to solve the error. Trust me this representative is for no CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP, reason being that was the last day I heard from him. Since then he has been avoiding me like those managers who never give the desired ratings to their reportees. Feels good to know there are positions for people in MNCs who failed to bag a govt. job to sit idle and wait for the month end. #IYKYK #customer #relationship #goneforatoss #SBI #axis #HDFC #ICICI Update 1: The customer support executive gave a mindboggling suggestion to block the card but it would have cancelled out the other important standing instructions, so I rejected their suggestion Update 2: After a lot many unsatisfactory followups and emails, the #ProdMan inside of me explored the website inside out to successfully find the “temporary block” option which resolved my problem temporarily without help from the true problem solvers of the brand

Important Information:- Nowadays a new fraud strategy of Extended Warranty & MSME company has started in the market. 1. They tempt the retailer to provide leads to higher margins and increase the outlet business. And they make you download the application on the customer's mobile, so that all the information of your customer comes to them, which they sell to someone else and earn money. 2 For this they take money from the retailer. While taking money, he says legal agreement and later gives it on his letter head. Due to which you become legally helpless in front of them. 3 He talks about adversiment on local and social media to increase your business which never happens. 4 To withdraw money they appoint reputed person from the market and provide them good salary and position. And when their purpose is accomplished, suddenly the management expels the employees from the company. 5 When your customer demands service, it comes to know that there is no agreement with that company and by providing local service, it spoils your customer forever. And there are many service cases of customers which the company does not even provide. In the Mumbai & North/ East India these people have spoiled the name of many well-known sales people in the market, of which those employees had no idea. Neither his salary was paid nor all the retailer's money was returned. And some famous people of such companies are associated in this group and also post hiring vacancies messages in this group. Please be careful, stay alert.
