Announcing the launch of our global flagship sustainability product, Uber Green, in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This will enable riders to book environment friendly rides with just a few taps on their Uber app. With an aim to accelerate our transition to zero emission mobility by 2040 in Sri Lanka, we plan to expand on-demand electric vehicle (EV) rides with Uber Green in the island nation, including to and from Bandaranaike International Airport. “We are committed to our goal to electrify every ride on our platform by 2040 and we are excited to bring Uber Green to Sri Lanka - making it the 17th country where our riders can make a climate conscious choice by opting for Green. We believe in the power of partnerships and are determined to become allies of cities and governments as they seek to combat climate change and pollution through sustainable mobility," said Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah, Uber's Chief Financial Officer.

Boa tarde , cheguei ontem de viagem , desembarquei na rodoviária do RJ após 1 mês trabalhando em MG, pedi um Uber confort para o meu endereço e antes de chegar ao local de embarque o motorista Danilo,(Fiat kronos ,placa RKR-4E40) que pegou minha corrida,me mandou uma mensagem perguntando qual seria a forma de pagamento,eu informei q seria dinheiro,como fiz grande parte desse mês. Embarguei por volta de 6 :00 da manhã e ao chegar no meu destino vi q o valor foi de 98,10 ..... O paguei com uma nota de 100,00 ,não exigi o troco ,desci,peguei minha mala no porta malas e agradeci ao motorista.... Um pouco antes de 12:00 ,entrei no app pra poder baixar o recibo da viagem ,para juntar com todos os outros dos últimos 30 dias para enviar para a empresa q trabalho para prestar contas, já q a viagem era a trabalho. Me deparei com um saldo pendente de 63,10 dessa corrida,o motorista alegou que só paguei 35,00 , mandei dezenas de mensagens para o app.... Até agora ninguém resolveu meu problema , a Uber diz que não poderá me reembolsar

Drivers sell you their life time, helping people use a convenient service. And you pay them pennies. How do you evaluate your time? Have you noticed what kind of worn-out cars the drivers are starting to arrive in? Because they don't have money to buy new ones! Your greed breeds competitors. EV's are not environmentally friendly! Why don't people understand this. You have to mine excessively to produce enough product to create one battery, let alone the millions you want to do with it EV cars. And then when the batteries are exhausted, what do you do with them? What do we do with batteries now? We recycle as much as we can however there's a lot of waste left behind and it's polluting waste. And then there's the windmills, that they haven't figured out what to do with when they break down and need to be replaced. Waste waste waste. Sure you get some energy other than fossil fuels, but at what cost? Mark to create a bunch of trash that we don't know what to do with! Y'all really need to start thinking smarter. Electric vehicles a lot of waste product.

In fact, I watch a lot when Uber posts its posts. I read all the comments, it helps me understand the problems of this company and I am impatiently waiting for a smart investor in my project so that Uber goes bankrupt and this is very close. Usually several people write something good. But mostly this platform, these posts are used by people who are trying to reach these frostbitten people who don’t care about anyone. People have questions, people have problems, and of course Uber didn’t give a damn about all these problems. They simply ignore people all over the world be it passengers or drivers or tax administration. And all the time, when uber posts its posts, all people write mostly complaints. But of course there are unique people who write something good until something bad happens to them.

Solicito dos productos para degustar, y me envían uno equivicado que no es de mi gusto, por lo que ya no me sirve ninguno de los dos. El producto equivocado forma parte de un combinado que deseaba. El otro producto no me sirve sin el que no han traido. Solicito que lo recojan y el reembolso completo. Ustedes estan causándome un perjuicio y no lo solucionan adecuadamente.. Lo sufuciente como para no volver a usar dichos servicios; tanto en Eats como en transporte. Ustedes eligen perder un cliente por no resolver un error suyo. Su política es nefasta. Haré todo lo posible psra difundir mi descontento en persona y en redes sociales. Es su elección. Asuman los perjuicios que de seguro va a causarles su propia negligencia. No agradezcan una "comprensión" que no existe. Para mí, el hecho de abonar un precio por un artículo que no he recibido y el total de un pedido inservible, resulta un engaño; una estafa. Deben ustedes reembolsar el importe completo. Les aseguro que el perjuicio que mi crítica, personal y en redes, les va a costar la cantidad a devolver multiplicada por cien o por mil.

Hi, I want to inform you about a troubling incident involving one of your drivers. Last night, around 9:55 pm, I booked a bike taxi from Bangalore Maruthi Nagar. The driver arrived promptly, and initially, everything was fine. However, shortly after I shared the OTP with him, an auto driver, claiming to be from Uber, approached us and initiated a heated argument. He insisted that bike taxis were banned in Bangalore, despite it being available on the Uber app. As a working woman alone on the road, I felt very vulnerable amidst the escalating confrontation, which lasted for about 30 to 45 minutes due to the auto driver and his companions blocking us. The auto driver was extremely rude, using abusive language towards my bike taxi driver and shouting in Kannada. I have attached the Uber auto driver's vehicle number for your reference. The tax is calculated according to the specified fare for the passenger. The tax amount for each order is 4%-6%. There is no need for a taximeter. The driver provides the service as a beneficiary of the company. Thus, each order is subject to tax. This honest and open approach ensures that the driver receives an increase in his own income from +20% to 140%. And the passenger reduces costs by -40%. The state budget is filled in proportion to the increase in the income of each driver from +20% to 140%.

By providing the driver not with someone else's rented car, but with a new, own car at the expense of the obligations of the driver company, the driver is provided with a guaranteed, increased income from +20% to 140%. For the state, income is +140%. And as a derivative, we receive the provision to the investor of lifetime income from the sale of joint orders to the driver, the sale of fuel in bulk, and servicing the wear and tear of each driver’s car.

This IT solution transfers the driver to the status of a legal entity, allowing drivers to be united into one company. On behalf of the company, drivers are given the opportunity to purchase electric vehicles from a supplier or manufacturer. The company will be able to issue its own shares. An officially registered driver receives exclusive benefits: an increase in the cost of the order from 20 to 140 percent, while the mileage does not increase. Fuel consumption does not increase. This means that the driver uses the same amount of fuel as when booking with 1 passenger. At the same time, he can serve up to 4 passengers at a time and receives 140 percent more personal profit!
