Here's a tip. Pay drivers more and stop stealing from them 🤷♂️
Dear Uber and Dara Khosrowshahi, Here is a customer telling you this information: your company is running a tremendous legal and financial loss risk by allowing the proliferation of fake profiles. Many drivers are selling, renting, and creating fake accounts. They bypass background checks, license checks, and insurance checks. You are hiring a large amount of illegal immigrants. Suppose one of those drivers is involved in an accident involving fatalities. Or a driver rapes and kills someone, and authorities can't find them because he/she has a fake profile. Your company will be in big trouble. Just like the post says, reviews affect buying decisions. Once the accident happens, many people will find this vast weakness, and many buyers will fear using Uber again.
Uber I just deleted my personal profile and will not be proceeding with a business account because I was told I had to contact support when following your cancellation procedures through yoir app, and no support information could be found. Your support phone number brought me back to your web page. I know you want me to give up and just keep paying the charge. Instead I deleted my account entirely. I will be using DoorDash for my business account needs as a result. This type of run around should be illegal and I will report to the FTC screenshots of my experience. #sorrynotsorry
This company is the epitome of Corporate greed. Im a former driver and I can tell you that it costs drivers money to work for uber. They are a complete joke. This company should be embarassed and ashamed. That wont happen unfortunately. Uber is the ultimate Travesty 🖕
Here’s a thought, pay drivers better so we can survive and stop taking over 30% or more of our wages
Hello uber, I'm having serious problems with you. I was charged for a trip I never took. I complained through the app's support channel, but you only give me standard answers. Could you help me?
Be proactive and incentivized to implement a change from a review in silence and let the client discover it naturally. They will go from upset to surprised in an interesting way.

2moWe have been trying to get support from you for 2 months since our merchant banking information was hacked through a security breach in your system. We are not receiving any payouts and cannot get any response from your "support" teams or the account executive we normally deal with. He has stopped returning our calls. Uber keeps taking their commission but we don't get our money. Is there anyone at your company who will answer?
