We're proudly displaying our celebration of Disability Pride Month at our London office building! Yes, we #SupportInclusion but not only with nice words – we’re committed to increasing disability awareness in practice. Colleagues from our Ability employee network in the UK continue to spotlight hidden disabilities, with a recent focus on visual impairment. We spent a fantastic day with The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association who visited our office with their volunteers and training dogs. And we also enjoyed an event with the RNIB – the UK’s largest sight loss charity. Both events gave us a much better understanding of the impact of visual impairment – we took part in insightful discussions and heard real personal stories. And, we learnt how guide dog puppies are trained, paired with owners, and what happens when they retire – some of us also had the pleasure to pet them! 🦮 #shareUBS #MoreThanOurselves #neurodiversity #SupportInclusion #CelebrateAbilities
