Week 1 of January started very fast which is amazing 🤩. The Pure Talent conducted some key activities during December 2023 that has really supported the January kick- off. ✅Spent December building a strong database of experienced candidates. ✅Targeted passive candidates. ✅Focused on the job roles where there is the biggest talent shortage. ✅Worked even faster than normal and that’s fast 🤣 I am extremely fortunate to have a strong pipeline of strong candidates with experience in Apprenticeships/ Digital Learning within both operations and sales disciplines. #recruitment #hiring #candidates #talentacquisition #toptalent #apprenticeships #digitallearning
