Week 1 of January started very fast which is amazing 🤩. The Pure Talent conducted some key activities during December 2023 that has really supported the January kick- off. ✅Spent December building a strong database of experienced candidates. ✅Targeted passive candidates. ✅Focused on the job roles where there is the biggest talent shortage. ✅Worked even faster than normal and that’s fast 🤣 I am extremely fortunate to have a strong pipeline of strong candidates with experience in Apprenticeships/ Digital Learning within both operations and sales disciplines. #recruitment #hiring #candidates #talentacquisition #toptalent #apprenticeships #digitallearning

One tip I always recommend is applying directly on company websites—they often list their opportunities there before they appear elsewhere. 💡 A Few Things to Keep in Mind When Applying: 1️⃣ Tailor Your Application → Personalise your CV and cover letter to match the job description. It really makes a difference. 2️⃣ Use Keywords from the Job Posting → Make sure you’re using relevant keywords so your CV passes through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). 3️⃣ Stay Consistent and Be Patient → Track your applications to stay organised, and don’t get discouraged if you face rejections—it’s part of the process. 4️⃣ Quantify Your Achievements → Whenever you can, use numbers to show the impact of your work or projects. 5️⃣ Prepare for Psychometric Tests → These are used by many employers.
