What do you think? None of it sounds unreasonable to me, though I wonder how developers would get incentives to build homes for first time homebuyers. Does that mean just building smaller homes? Restricting potential buyers?

Seems like a middle of the fairway proposal that has some tried and true tools to increase housing affordability. Uses government resources to promote the private development of more units.
