At a recent conference that I presented at, I emphasized the importance of a transparent and communicative culture. Surprisingly, when asked, only a handful 😬 out of over 100 attendees held regular all-hands meetings, a simple yet powerful tool 🛠 to drive company goals and boost engagement.
In a recent webinar that we hosted titled "Execution Gap," we discussed setting clear expectations to bridge execution gaps and align on company goals. During the debrief, the CEO of our client organization took the opportunity to reinforce the Company OKRs for better clarity and to further drive alignment 🙌.
Last week, our own internal team reviewed Q1 outcomes and set the course for Q2 and beyond, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and consistency. We met our Q1 goals, so we also celebrated and shared stories around our success, and reiterated what we needed to focus on as we kick off a new quarter. 👏
