But drilling down via work packages and also schedule lead/lag times as well as buffers are also important.
Task sequencing is arguably one of the most critical aspect of a Gantt chart. It's all about creating order, with tasks getting done when they are scheduled to be done to gain the best use of your resources. 👍

Udit Khanna, MBA, PMP thank you for showing this demo. I've used Smartsheets and utilized the Gnatt charts. It's a really great tool to use as a project plan.
Great video here Udit Khanna, MBA, PMP. It doesn't take much to get out of an Excel checklist sort of a plan and get going with creating a meaningfully choreographed sequence of events via a Gantt chart. Thanks for showing it here Udit.
